Little Grace never had sugar, and her mom put her on a diet as soon as she was born. Look at her today.

Shan didn’t feed her daughter Grace typical foods that are bad for kids. She had organic chicken, vegetables, peanut butter, and jelly sandwiches.

She followed a ‘Paleo Diet’ since she was born, banning grains and dairy in favor of foods. It may feel a little bit extreme, but she says that her daughter never gets sick and loves eating healthy food.

A breakfast for Grace means fried eggs in coconut oil, roasted veggies, potatoes, carrots, broccoli, and avocado. Just a regular morning for Grace.

For lunch, she eats roasted chicken and roasted steamed veggies, and for snacks only fruits like strawberries and bananas.

For dinner, she eats spaghetti bolognese with organic beef and with organic tomato sauce.

Her mother has also written a healthy recipe ebook and has a science degree in agriculture.

She has a strong immune system and has never gotten sick throughout her life. I want Grace to eat what makes her feel good, says the mother.
